How do I know what size bike to buy?

Each bike model's geometry can be found in the geometry section on each bike page.  For further questions, contact us or visit your local dealer for fit assistance.

How do I find a Quintana Roo bike in a local shop?

You can use our Find a Dealer tool to see if your local shop carries Quintana Roo bikes.  Contact us if you have trouble locating a dealer near you.

How long will my delivery take?

Most products ship out of Quintana Roo within 3-7 business days depending upon product availability and are usually shipped via UPS.  Upon placement of your online order, you will receive a confirmation email from a sales representative with expected shipping/delivery time.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs for all domestic (United States, Canada, and Mexico) orders is $55.  This charge does not include any applicable VAT, other import fees, or duties that may be required per your country.  For more questions about shipping and extra charges, please email us at

COVID-19 Update

Due to the current climate pertaining to COVID-19, certain changes may been made to our rental and event schedules. As races that we are scheduled to attend are postponed and cancelled, we will do our best to re-book and attend these events. For those that have rental reservations that have been affected by a change in venue or date, we have a few options. First the rental can be deferred to the new race date. If attendance of the new race date is not possible, then we can honor your rental at another race later in the year or the following year pending availability. If none of these options work for you we can offer a full refund.
