How do I know if an item is in stock or not?

Inventory for each bike is based by size, component type, and color.  When shopping online, "Sold Out" will appear next to a product if there is no stock currently available.  Please email us at sales@quintanarootri.com or call us at 1-800-649-3587 to inquire about future product availability.

I need to cancel my order.  What should I do?

Please email us as soon as possible at sales@quintanarootri.com or call us at 1-800-649-3587.  If the order has not shipped, a cancellation can be processed and refunded.  Please be aware that if the product has already shipped, Quintana Roo will treat the cancellation as a return instead of a cancellation.  Please see the links below for more information on returns.

COVID-19 Update

Due to the current climate pertaining to COVID-19, certain changes may been made to our rental and event schedules. As races that we are scheduled to attend are postponed and cancelled, we will do our best to re-book and attend these events. For those that have rental reservations that have been affected by a change in venue or date, we have a few options. First the rental can be deferred to the new race date. If attendance of the new race date is not possible, then we can honor your rental at another race later in the year or the following year pending availability. If none of these options work for you we can offer a full refund.
